How can we assist?
Our experienced wedding co-ordinator in Dubai can oversee all your arrangements on the actual wedding day. This will include meeting you prior to your special day at resort, liasion with the pastor re date and timings for the blessing service and your chosen venue. Assist with any legal documentation required to be processed in Dubai so that you do not have to be involved with the documentation process, inclusive of transportation. Liaise with the hotel to confirm reception choices and details eg cake/menu/beverages etc.
Liaise with you both in resort to help you source any other local requirements that you may require including:

Bridal Flowers




Dress/Tux rental

Hair and Beauty

Table Decorations including; Table Confetti/Favours/Disposable Cameras/Centerpieces and Candles

Additional items including; Confetti purses, Guest signature books, Photograph Albums

Documentation Required

*Couples must bring original documents with them - copies will not be accepted unless certified. All documents MUST be in English - if any original documents are in a different language you must supply a notarised translation in English.

*Christian Marriages are conducted between Adult persons who are legally free to marry; that means that the parties concerned have never been married or have properly and legally divorced and have the written judgement from
the court concerned.

*Letters of freedom to marry for those never been married must state that the parties concerned are "Single, Unmarried And Have Never Been Married" this should be submitted for both the bride and groom from their respective parents and or a Statement of Legal Eligibility for Marriage should be signed and witnessed by an official at the embassy or consulate pertaining to the nationality of the bride and groom. can supply the forms required.

*Neither should be Moslem

*Birth Certificates are required

*Photocopies of passports

*One passport size photograph of each

*If either party has been divorced an original decree absolute must be produced.

*If either party has been married and widowed a certified copy of the marriage certificate & death certificate in respect of the deceased spouse is required.
